Preparation
I cycled 20 miles of Cornwall's hilly roads between Fowey and Polperro yesterday - fantastic scenery and an ideal preparation for our first few days of LEJOG. More miles to come over the next 10 days.
Keep it up - shame about punctures (I didn't get any). We'll cross paths Wed I think on our tour of Scotland by car - will carry a new inner tube for you incase we meet. Jon PS I was on duty yesterday for the cycle for kent churches
